The modern workplace is in crisis. Despite technological advancements and increased connectivity, employee engagement is alarmingly low, and stress levels are soaring. Could the root of this problem lie in the outdated work models we still cling to? This article argues that the principles of work designed for the Industrial Age no longer serve us effectively in the knowledge-based economy of the 21st century.
