S.E.N.S.E.™ Open Round

One hour a month. One situation. No fixing.

A calm, online space for school and workplace leaders who are tired of being told what to do next.

Most conversations about emotional load and neurodiversity at work and in school rush straight to solutions. This one slows down.

Once a month, we spend an hour online together. I read out one situation. It's made up and pieced together from many real ones, and it will probably feel uncomfortably familiar. Then we simply sit with it. There's no advice, no action points and no going round the room. You can speak if you want to, or just listen.

In the last ten minutes, I name what was really happening underneath, using one part of the S.E.N.S.E.™ framework.

That's it. One hour to think clearly about something you usually only have seconds to react to.

What you get

  • 60 minutes, online, once a month
  • One real-to-life situation, explored properly
  • One stage of the S.E.N.S.E.™ framework, named and explained

What it isn't

  • Not training, and not CPD-accredited
  • Not supervision or therapy
  • Not advice on your own situation
  • Not recorded, so you can relax and be present

Who it's for
